Will organic plant capsules likely “go bad” or expire over time (Hoodia Gordonii and Yohimbe)? 4-5 yr. old bag?
I have a bag of some capsules I got a few years ago (2006-07ish) of some natural supplements, Hoodia Gordonii and Yohimbe (both for appetite/energy), and I have had them in their closed packages in a zip lock bag for these past years. I realize everything natural/organic has their half-life/expiration period, but I’m tempted to try a few of them since I have them around but am unsure if it can be unhealthy. Anyone have any advice on if they would be good to consume or outright bad (bacterial etc. possibilities from expiration)? They are powdered plant material in inside capsules. I’ll likely try 1 of each to see but would appreciate some input

Yes they will, don’t take them. Spend the money to buy more.
