Question about supplements for bodybuilding?

My friend and I want to start working on and looks better in the summer. He looks Online sites bodybuilding website and purchase a variety of pills that cost him nearly a hundred dollars now. These include glutamine, carnitine, creatine, green tea, yohimbe, and many others. I wonder if these are really necessary for a better physique. Something about eating as many pills just does not have the right (or healthy) for me. I try to stick to a healthy diet and focus in the gym to get my results. Should I also take all these pills?

You not need all that crap. Calculate other smart, hard, very properly, and get enough protein, including protein powder quality (Who have a good level of the amino acid glutamine). Creatine can be very useful to a cycle of mass and strength, but you will be prone to inflated and muscle injury. Could you give more details but my first sentence says it all.
