Does Yohimbe work? Personal experiences please?
Can you all answer the following questions:
1) Does Yohimbe work for increasing erection time and prolonging ejaculation time?
2) How long before sex do you take it?
3) Do you have to take it every day for it to be effective?
1) Does Yohimbe work for increasing erection time and prolonging ejaculation time? no. I’ve found it not effective and nauseauting especially if taken on empty stomach. However when it does tend to be the reason for an erection, it occurs at an impromptu time.
2) How long before sex do you take it? they suggest 30 mins to 1 hour.
3) Do you have to take it every day for it to be effective? taking it everyday was not an enjoyable experience. you have to NOT take it on an empty stomach and sometimes I did not feel like eating.
The best that I’ve found to work: Ginseng and Stiff Nights.
