Taking supplements after the expiration date?
I have included supplements of fish oil 1200 mg, 750 mg of GABA, 400 mg Yohimbe. All expired on 08 or 09, 2010. Is it OK to start taking supplements again before buying new ones? I'm not very aware of re: taking SUPPS after the date expiration. A few months does not seem so bad, right? I've heard a few months after its expiry is good, and the effectiveness of SUPPS not be affected. What do you think?
