Has anyone experienced in the use of Tribulus Terrestris?
I read about it in this site: http://www.supplementinformationindex.com/Tribulus% 20terrestris.htm but it is nice to receive a notice in the first person …
I have not noticed a real change in it - but to be fair, he was not eating well and by far the consumption of alcohol. I thought to try again, and more recently research in medical journals to find information about him. I found two different studies, where it was part - and there was no evidence that increases testosterone levels. I'm always curious to know myself - hopefully someone has more information.
