Tribulus terrestris dosage for more?
Tribulus terrestris recently bought more for the life force and I'm not sure what the dose should take. The bottle says 1.2 per day and the guy in the shop was saying or take in the morning with breakfast or half an hour before your workout. ATM I'm taking a pill 30 minutes before my workout. I do not know if I'm supposed to continue taking it in my days of rest (Saturday-Sunday), when should I take and how many. Please help me out:)
