Where did my Mass Go?

Ready for long? Any personal trainer out there? I've been working hardcore diet and mass during 16 months, reading everything about bodybuilding the road. My experience of this training is limited to 16 months. Naturally I'm 155 pounds at 5'11 ". I can use creatine, NO boosters, arginine, BCAA, and tribulus. The supplement I was using was Protien Muscle Juice. It worked very well. I went to 180 but I ended with a tire "around my waist. I do not like the fact that I spent the summer to get to 165 with about 10% fat. Now that the fat is gone, I'm trying like hell the mass again. I'm consuming about 4000 calories a day and about 290 grams of Protien (whey and meat). I'm afraid I will make carbohydrates fat so I take in 330 in the chest, leg and back day, 250 days in the smaller muscles, and only 165 days off. I'm WINNING! I'm actually getting lighter. Do you think my fear of carbohydrates is the problem? What am I doing wrong. I really do not want to be fat again.

Hell yeah, carbohydrates are the most important before and after your workout. simple and complex before then. How many days of the week you're lifting. You may be doing too much for your body is responding without growth. So carbohydrates after your workout and still eat lean cuts of meat.
