I need help putting on muscle?
I'm still a little chubby, but now, my goal is muscle mass. My plan is to take whey, religiously, but I need advice with other supplements. I'm 18, if needed. I am taking Centrum Performance Vitamins and L-arginine, and take some whey Council Fortaleza after my workout about 3 times a week. I'll hit you harder, but will not take too much protein and allow it to become fat. How much is sufficient for the production of the protein does not become fat?
